This hotel is a luxurious gem in the heart of Havana. The exclusive amenities and attentive staff made us feel like royalty. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and included a private balcony overlooking the city. The restaurant served delicious local cuisine and the bar/lounge area had a wide variety of top-shelf drinks. The private spa facilities were a definite highlight of our stay. The location was ideal for exploring the city's cultural and historical sites.
The only minor issue we experienced was the slow service at the restaurant during peak hours. However, the quality of the food and ambiance of the restaurant made up for the delay.
